1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or purchasing from EldurSpire (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use our services. These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users of the Site.

2. User Agreement & Account

As EldurSpire does not maintain a user center or account system, all transactions are processed as guest purchases. By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide (including shipping and payment details) is accurate and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any order confirmation details.

3. Product Information & Pricing

We strive to display accurate descriptions, images, and pricing for all products, including Mice, Headphones, and Controllers. However, we do not guarantee that colors, specifications, or availability are error-free. Prices are subject to change without notice, and we reserve the right to correct any pricing errors before or after an order is placed.

4. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may cancel or refuse any order at our discretion. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept major payment methods as indicated during checkout. In the event of a payment dispute, we reserve the right to suspend fulfillment until resolved.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times and costs are provided at checkout. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. EldurSpire is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or force majeure events.

6. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery for most products. To be eligible for a refund, items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. 7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and product designs, is the property of EldurSpire or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. To the fullest extent permitted by law, EldurSpire shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of products, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the purchase price of that product. This limitation applies even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Delaware.
